How do I make a return?
You can initiate a return on 100emart by following these steps:
I. Log in to your 100emart account on 100emart.com or through the app to request a refund. If you don’t have a 100emart account, click on “Save your Order” in your 100emart order email to initiate a return.
II. Locate the relevant order in “Your Orders” and click on the “Return/Refund” button.
III. Choose the item(s) you wish to return and specify the reason for the return. Depending on the selected reason, you may need to provide additional information related to the order. Once you’ve provided the necessary information, click the “Next Step” button to proceed.
IV. If the item doesn’t need to be returned, your final step is to select your preferred refund method. You can opt for a refund as a 100emart credit balance or receive a credit back to your original payment method. Make your selection and click “Submit.”
V. If you need to return the item(s), you can choose your return and refund methods. Once you submit the request, we will supply you with a return label for sending back the item(s). The first return for every order is free within 60 days from the date of purchase.
VI. After placing all the return items in one package, print and attach the provided return label to the outside of the package. Send your package from the nearest USPS/UPS location, and you’re finished!
VII. Monitor the refund status of your item(s) on your order details page or through 100emart’s SMS/Email/Push notifications.

Please ensure that your return package is postmarked within 14 days of your return submission, otherwise the return process will be terminated. The return label we provide only applies if you ship within your own country (excluding security restricted areas such as military bases).
