Refunds and Disputes

I. Refunds for returned items will be processed once we receive the items and complete a quality inspection.

II. If there are missing items or undelivered items, select the relevant reason under “Return/other help” to request a refund or reach out to our customer service for assistance. The determination of whether an item was delivered is based on the carrier’s tracking information.

III. The timeframe for refunds to be credited to your original payment account can vary, typically taking 5-14 business days (up to 30 days), depending on your financial institution. The original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is a result of an error on 100emart’s part. Insurance costs, if applicable, are also non-refundable.

IV. Opt for 100emart credits instead of a refund to the original payment method for a faster process. 100emart credits have no expiration date, cannot be reversed once processed, and are non-redeemable for cash. V. Advanced refunds may be granted after you drop off your return package. If the returned items are not received, we reserve the right to charge your original payment method. Advanced refunds are determined based on your shopping history and at the discretion of 100emart.
